What this website collects, what it doesn't, and how to reach us. Effective September 2026.
This website is not a patient portal
brightenpediatrictherapy.com is a marketing website. It does not hold medical records, scheduling systems, or billing information. The clinic's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers how we protect your child's health information as a patient, is available at the clinic and on request.
The contact form
When you send a message through our contact form, the name, email, phone number, subject, and message you type are emailed directly to the clinic. The website itself does not store your message. Please don't include medical record numbers, insurance ID numbers, or detailed health information in the form. A short description of your concern is enough, and we'll collect the rest by phone.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting the form and does not show you a puzzle or track you across other websites.
Analytics on marketing pages only
We use Google Analytics on our marketing pages to understand which pages parents find useful and how they arrive. Analytics is not loaded on the Contact page, and the contents of your form submission are never sent to Google or any other third party. When we run advertising, the advertising tag follows the same rule: marketing pages only, never the contact form.
Phone calls
When you tap a phone number on this site, your phone dials the clinic directly. We may record that a phone link was tapped, but never who tapped it or any part of the call.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics and Turnstile may set cookies as described in their own privacy policies.
Links to other sites
Our Facebook and Instagram pages and the Google Maps embed are run by those companies under their own privacy policies.
Children
This website is written for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
